Rogers offers a wide range of mobile plans with nationwide coverage, leveraging Canada’s largest 5G network to provide reliable service across urban and suburban areas. Its plans include unlimited Canada-wide talk and text, HD streaming, and 5G+ access in select regions, catering to various user needs. However, some customers report customer service responsiveness and billing transparency issues, and coverage in rural regions may be limited. Overall, Rogers is a strong choice for users seeking advanced mobile features and extensive coverage in urban centers, but it’s advisable to verify local network availability before committing.
When I first moved here everything was good. Then, a few months ago, i stopped getting cellular service, but i still got invoiced for full service. tried navigating through th AI help desk but that was a waste of time. No help there. fed up. time to change carriers.
There are much better providers of cell phone service. Use Rogers as a last provider. Terms of service are not cistomer focused, they provide no refunds for pay-as-go even if the cutoff your service with a balance
Rogers is discontinuing prepaid services with short notice to long term customers. I am very disappointed in Rogers
