Bullies!
I have tried to have my account closed, and was told that under their non-existing contract I’m not allowed to. I was bullied into staying with them when I was offered a better deal to go deal with a different company. Customer service has been terrible. Most often I am talking to their message machine and never hear back from an actual person. Billing department is even worse. They owe me money for services I paid for that they never completed. Complained to CCTS about company, and told that they can’t help as Skychoice is non-compliant.
