Still no fibre to the home connection available. still no synchronous internet speeds available. locked down router with extremely limited control, forced to use bridge-mode in order to optimize the service (bridge-mode enabled can still have the router’s wireless connection secretly enabled, effectively interfering with the wireless connectivity of the third-party router that you had to purchase in order to make your internet service more reliable). Rogers with Shaw has been extremely behind in terms of plan value and effectiveness of internet services compared to telus and their pure-fibre internet connection plan. you can pay the same amount of money that you are currently paying rogers with shaw (1Gbps down and ~250 mbps up [copper to the home]) for a telus pure-fibre plan (3Gbps down & up [fibre to the home]).

J’appel régulièrement pour mon service internet et on nous fait attendre des heures en ligne pour nous répondre pour ensuite nous dire que nous ne somme pas au bon département et qu’on nous transfert et on attends encore. Ca fait actuellement 1h23m que j’attends et personne ne répond et il n’ont pas le service de rappel comme les autre compagnie t’offre pour éviter l’attente
