as in walmart… Mobile rep said rogers ha great coverage for my area, so got a sim card., got home and no coverage , called and nea impossible to talk to some one, ater 1 orr more tries to canel and get refun told me I took to long to call them GRRRRRRR

In my home region it is Mostly concerning Data Services, Inconsistency seems to be the word that comes to mind. Also very hit and miss outside of major urban areas, especially during our last trip through Saskatchewan..

price change without any notification and justification
when you are not entitled for any offer because you are an existing customer then why they change you plan price and that too without any notice
Limited coverage and no custpmer support
When I first moved here everything was good. Then, a few months ago, i stopped getting cellular service, but i still got invoiced for full service. tried navigating through th AI help desk but that was a waste of time. No help there. fed up. time to change carriers.
