CRAP Customer service

NO STARS CRAP SERVICE!! I called Fido a few months ago and they a plan for 49.00 after fighting with them as I pay an absurd amount for my S10.I speak to them today and they won’t honor the price?? Seriously… I’ve been a customer with them for 20 +years and this is how I’m treated? So now I continue to overpay for my phone from Fido until I change over to TELUS as they have better customer service and better plans. I guess it doesn’t matter to fido if they lose cliental..

Install of Vmedia

We tried to install vmedia modem and nothing happened. We called vmedia and they said that they would call Rogers/Shaw to straighten out the cable system and again nothing happened. I call vmedia sales and was told that a ticket was issued to Rogers/Shaw and there is nothing they could do. Again nothing happened. My wife called vmedia sales and was put on hold then hung up on. We received a e=mail from vmedia demanding payment for no services. Suddenly Sept 5 we had Rogers at our door and hooked up the cable like I had it and we got internet. No expelation was given, speed is very slow.We are cancelling our service.

attente en ligne pour avoir du service

J’appel régulièrement pour mon service internet et on nous fait attendre des heures en ligne pour nous répondre pour ensuite nous dire que nous ne somme pas au bon département et qu’on nous transfert et on attends encore. Ca fait actuellement 1h23m que j’attends et personne ne répond et il n’ont pas le service de rappel comme les autre compagnie t’offre pour éviter l’attente

Limited coverage and no custpmer support

When I first moved here everything was good. Then, a few months ago, i stopped getting cellular service, but i still got invoiced for full service. tried navigating through th AI help desk but that was a waste of time. No help there. fed up. time to change carriers.
