We tried to install vmedia modem and nothing happened. We called vmedia and they said that they would call Rogers/Shaw to straighten out the cable system and again nothing happened. I call vmedia sales and was told that a ticket was issued to Rogers/Shaw and there is nothing they could do. Again nothing happened. My wife called vmedia sales and was put on hold then hung up on. We received a e=mail from vmedia demanding payment for no services. Suddenly Sept 5 we had Rogers at our door and hooked up the cable like I had it and we got internet. No expelation was given, speed is very slow.We are cancelling our service.
Poor customer service leave you sitting on hold for an hour listening to god awful music. This is a company you don’t want to deal with unless you like getting screwed over.
vmedia is fast and reliable . I’m glad I made the switch!
This company’s customer service is terrible, and their billing practices are problematic. They stopped sending me regular bills, leading to missed payments and unnecessary late fees. When I reached out to address the issue, their supervisor was unhelpful, accusing me of lying about not receiving bills and refusing to reverse late charges. This experience, coupled with a high percentage of 1-star reviews, has led me to cancel my account with them. It’s disappointing that a company would treat customers so poorly.
