To get you to switch to Telus, they lIE about pricing. When you challenge them on the lies, they tell you you misunderstood” The service is also less reliable than Rogers. if you spend anytime in underground parking and need the service to work in my experience Rogers is the better option.
Telus does not notify customer of end of contract and continues to bill for phone and service despite phone paid off within contract.
