Koodo Mobile delivers a compelling option for Canadians seeking flexible, contract-free mobile plans backed by the robust network of a major carrier. The brand shines with strong perks like the “Tab” phone financing option, access to the reliable network infrastructure of its parent company, and plan flexibility that means you can bring your own device and change data levels easily. On the flip side, there are significant drawbacks: many users report that customer service is seriously lacking, with long hold times, billing confusion and poor support. Additionally, some customers note that certain plans have speed throttling, and the best deals often go only to new customers while existing customers don’t always receive comparable offers. Overall, Koodo Mobile offers great value and flexibility for the budget-conscious who are comfortable with minimal support, but it may struggle to meet expectations if you place a high premium on customer service or best-in-class extras.
4G voice and data very reliable. Not good at offering better deals.
They were good but not anymore. Dont want to use them again.
Poor customer service 👎👎👎 Tried to cancel Koodo phone plan. Service rep repeatedly interrupted with sales pitch refusing to cancel my phone plan and placed on hold for about 15 minutes.
The cell service itself is alright but if you run into any snags the customer service is among the worst. It is an exercise in frustration and it is excruciatingly difficult to get a hold of a representative.
of all the carriers I’ve been with Koodo has been the best as far as options with rollover data and a decent amount of data. Would like to see Visual Voicemail included with plans like Fizz but nothing bad to say other then Bells network isn’t as good as Telus in eastern canada. Would like the Telus buying Bell talks to resume as Rogers was able to buy Shaw.
